Yes, in order for an instructor to legally train and certify students, the institution must be licensed and approved by the Ohio Board of Health. The training at Empire Beauty permanent makeup academy is legal and licensed by the Ohio Board of Health to teach PMU techniques. Plus, my permanent makeup academy is fully insured.
No, the permanent makeup industry is regulated by the Tattoo and/or Piercing category Board of Health at the countys of different states. The permanent makeup industry is NOT regulated or affiliated with the Board of Cosmetology, and you do NOT need to be a skincare professional to become a permanent makeup master. However according to the rules of the Health board, you must complete the appropriate training. I offer a unique training program that will help you become a truly professional in your field.
The prepayment is not refundable. If for some reason you cannot complete the training on the appointed dates, then we will postpone it at a time convenient for you.
Tuition fees can be divided into three payments.
- The first payment of $1000 must be made when registering for the course.
- Half of the balance must be paid two weeks before the start of the class, before the student receives the study material.
- The final payment of the remaining amount is made on the first day of class.
You can also ask me for proposals for financing from the bank. Thus, you will receive payment by installments.

Training lasts approximately 40 days: 30 days remotely and 2-7 days in the classroom depending on the package
